Trainee Financial Adviser
Location: Bath
Salary: Starting £21k, with potential increase from 6 months. We expect you to be earning £40k after 3-4 years.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates who want to build a successful career in financial advice.
The role requires intelligence and empathy in equal measure. It is a professional services role, NOT a sales job, and successful candidates are committing themselves to at least 3 years of hard work, study and exams.

The Career Path
We will expect you to start studying for professional exams soon after joining, whilst also learning about all aspects of our business from the ground up. There will be plenty of support along the way, but a self-starting attitude, initiative and common sense are key requirements.
If you pass exams and meet our high standards of service and professionalism your role, responsibility and income will rise quickly.
You can expect to reach base financial adviser status within two years and then continue working towards Chartered status, including the potential to take on management roles.
