About being Candid
The financial services industry has a poor track record when it comes to putting customers' interests first. All too often the consumer gets a raw deal.
This was the catalyst for Justin building the Candid Money website back
in 2009 - his motivation being to provide truly impartial information and guidance that would help consumers make good financial decisions. Over 1 million words and visitors later, Candid remains as
committed as ever to achieving this.
Candid Financial Advice is based on exactly the same values and ethos, but aimed at individuals who want the comfort of a trusted adviser rather than the diy approach.
Over the years we have experienced most things the financial services industry can throw up and we bring all this experience to bear to make sensible and considered decisions. We take the responsibility
of looking after others people’s money seriously, but also try to do this in a relaxed and friendly way.
One of our key aims is to bring down the cost of advice for our clients. This means we work very efficiently and run a tight ship. Our fee structure rewards us for
building successful long term relationships with clients and we believe we offer a unique combination of first rate advice, service and exceptional value for money.
